AWAKEN YOUR SENSES was about more than just a holistic retreat in the countryside of Ireland. Our intention behind this retreat was to show what the body, mind and soul is capable of when we tune into the present moment. When we really SEE, SMELL, LISTEN, TASTE and FEEL. To uncover what can be discovered when we awaken all of our senses.
The retreat brought together a beautiful group of humans, each on their own unique journey but all united by a desire to slow down, reconnect, and remember what it feels like to be fully alive.
We practiced yoga as the morning mist rose over the fields. We dove deep into breathwork sessions that left us shaking, crying, laughing. We shared meals made with love from the land around us. And in the evenings, we gathered around the fire and let the stories flow.
This is what wellness looks like when it's lived, not just studied.
