Women's Gathering & Somatic Journey
A guided and co-creative experience designed to help you clear internal noise, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect to your authentic voice. The gathering is rooted in somatic practices, yet shaped by the women who attend. We will explore the vulnerability of sharing your art, whether that is your creativity, your writing, your love of tech, or any form of expression that feels true to you.
You are invited to bring an openness to share what inspires you and transform that into your superpower. All with the understanding that to access your power, a certain degree of softness is required.
As the season shifts from winter into spring, this is a space to soften what has been held and practice expressing yourself from a place of grounded power.
