Sensinity, originally (Awaken Your Senses), was birthed in 2021.
The intention was to to create space for busy men & women to experience their senses, their bodies, their beings from an entirely new perspective. To feel safe in their senses, their bodies and their beings. To uncover parts of their senses, bodies and beings that had been forgotten in the rat race of the day to day.
Collaboration has always been at the core of these experiences. From violinists and cello players, to chefs and painters, Sensinity aims to bring artists and healers from all around the world together. With your sense of sight temporarily obscured, your palate will take center stage as you savor a carefully curated, plant-based and locally sourced ingredient 5-course menu by world renowned local chef, Tomas Luz, designed specifically for this evening to awaken and heighten your remaining senses. Each dish is a masterpiece, crafted to engage each one of your sensory receptors: sweet, sour, salty, bitter and umami..
Live Sound Journey with professional violinist:
Nadeya will guide the music of the evening with a sound journey designed to match the flavors of the food. The ethereal tunes will complement the sensory exploration, creating a harmonious backdrop to your culinary journey.
Guided Sensory Exploration:
Throughout the dinner, Niamh will provide insights into the art of sensory exploration while guiding specific breathwork exercises to enjoy the tastes on a deeper level. Niamh will lead you through each course, deepening your understanding of the culinary journey unfolding before you.
Networking and Reflection:
Following the dinner, and during each course, connect with like-minded people and share your unique experiences. This event is not just a culinary adventure but also an opportunity to engage in meaningful conversation with other leaders .

What is yoganidra?
yoganidrā is a Sanskrit word meaning Yoga and Sleep. A guided, progressive, relaxation practice of literalllying down.The practice itself allows the brain to produce delta waves, otherwise known as deep, dreamless sleep.
Join me in Lisbon for an evening of yoganidrā, blue lotus tea and journaling.
Step into a sanctuary of tranquility to experience the profound practice of yoganidrā . This practice allows the brain to produce delta waves, otherwise known as a deep, dreamless state. Just 30 minutes of yoganidrā has been found to be the equivalent of 4 hours of sleep. In this dreamy space the human growth hormone can be released and the subconscious mind is accessed. This helps not just with relaxing, but helps to detach from old habits and thought patterns. Science backed research found that the practice enhances brain neuroplasticity to strengthen learning and focus.
